Terms & Conditions
Below are the terms and conditions for making a ferry reservation with Findaferry.com.
For any online bookings, we summarise the details of the ticket you are about to buy; you confirm that this is what you want. You are then transferred to our secure server where you enter your credit card (or debit card) details. Or indeed you can call us if preferred. Once completed you will be issued your booking reference, which you can print off. You will also receive an email copy sent to the address specified in your application. If you purchase your crossing through our call centre you will receive a booking confirmation in the post and a voucher. Once purchased your booking is safe as we operate a segregated client account to ensure your payment reaches the operator when invoiced.
Your credit card details will not be retained by Findaferry.com, only by the acquiring bank. In the case of a suspected fraudulent transaction, card details may be disclosed to the store/merchant for the sole purpose of performing further checks. The store/merchant is not permitted to retain these details.
Findaferrry.com endeavours to provide you the highest level of service. If however you have a query or the level of service or product fails to meet your expectations then please refer to our customer services department.
Cancellation & Amendments
Amendments to any bookings will normally incur a £25 administration fee. Findaferry.com will abide by the individual cancellation policy of each of its Channel crossing partners. Full terms and conditions are available upon request.
When you browse our site we do not log your e-mail address unless you provide it as part of a purchase or as a request for information. No e-mails will be sent in future unless you have given your consent.
We endeavour to respond to all queries within 5 working days.
Hopefully these will be few and far between, though should our normal high standards fall short and should there be any complaints, please write to.
